How does Lampie work?

Lampie uses advanced artificial intelligence (based on LLMs from OpenAI) to give reliable and accurate answers to all questions from your website visitors.

Extensive databases:Access to more than 1,750 recipes and 4,470 lifestyle locations in the Netherlands.

The system uses a combination of an LLM (OpenAI), tools and a vector database for the best performance. User interactions are sent, processed and stored securely on servers within the EU.

How safe is Lampie?

Data protection: Processing in line with the GDPR, secure transfer and storage on servers within the EU. Personal data that users share by mistake is removed automatically from stored messages. Conversations are deleted automatically after at most 365 days.

Monitoring: Continuous monitoring, with human intervention where needed.

Quality and reliability tested

We care a great deal about the performance and reliability of Lampie. That is why we evaluated the AI assistant thoroughly against a structured test set. The evaluation covered the quality of answers to lifestyle questions, the correctness of source references, robustness against inappropriate questions, and the function for finding locations.

The results show that Lampie performs well overall and is a reliable source of information.
